Laundry Room Doors, Floor & Paint

I patched up all the holes in the walls, patched the hole where the old cat door was, and primed the doors and trim the week before so we could paint the first coat Friday night after work.

You can see how worn in the old floor was, it was time for it to be replaced, the walls were actually even worse looking.

The stick on tiles go down pretty well but I got stumped on a few cuts, I had to get Gregg on the horn to give me a hand, we got through it though.

I was glad to get another room done, and to get the washer and dryer out of the living room.

We are really happy with the color, I even got to mount the dust buster that has been sitting around on the floor for over a year.

The old natural wood cabinets just didn't go with the new washer and dryer, we painted them to match the trim and doors.

It looks like the washer belongs on the Space Shuttle, so many buttons we had to read the instruction manual twice before using it!
