2.1.2004 - 2.28.2004

February 10, 2004:  First night back to work after a weekend off is always bad, I can barely stay awake.  Got that call I was hoping for, not the answer I wanted though, I'll keep trying, bound to find something sooner or later, hopefully sooner.  No matter what I do I can't sleep at night on my days off, my body would rather stay awake for 36 hours straight then let me fall asleep when its dark.  This job has me so messed up that I don't even get upset about it anymore, I don't have the energy.  It looks like I will have put in 84 hours by this time next week.  When I can't do anything on my days off but sleep all day and watch infomercials all night, I might as well just be here making money.  I think I will see Lisa tomorrow, finally something to look forward to.

February 1, 2004:  Lisa made it through another week of exams without a scratch as always, little low on sleep though.  I have worked 72 hours this week so I'm ready for a night off, I have lots of job searching to do!  Heard from two good friends of ours, Dave and Jeanie, that they are getting married, that's awesome, always thought they were perfect together.  Two work days this week, then a weekend off with NO plans!  Maybe I will actually hear from the company that I interviewed with last week, still holding out hope for what seems like a great position, anything at this point would be better than this.  It warmed up enough today to get the Element washed, I almost forgot that it was green under all that winter crud.  Just added the MSN weather link below so you can see what we deal with every day.  Keep warm.
