Summer 2006

Now that we made it to Seattle and have gotten some what settled we have been able to get out and have a little fun.  Here are some pictures of the fun we have had, hopefully it becomes a long list! 

You get a great view of the city from Alki beach

This container ship looks kind of cool anchored in the middle of the harbor

Isis was very tired, I thought we were going to have to carry her back to the Element

The docks look really cool and we love watching the ships come in and out

The park we were at has a really awesome view of the container ship yard, we watched them unload some of that ship

I went for a quick paddle on Lake Washington to see how it was, tons of boat traffic and pretty choppy

In the background you can barely make out Mt. Ranier through the haze
